What is Vegan Leather?
We use the highest quality Faux/PU Leather (Polyurethane) for all of our products, unless stated otherwise. Our products are also water and UV proof, so there is no risk of colour fading. We at Coco-Fauna pride ourselves in the protection of animals and the environment we live and travel in.
What are your delivery options?
We offer free UK standard delivery, please allow 3-5 working days from ordering to delivery. Within Europe 5-7 days and the rest of the beautiful world 10-14 days. Please see delivery prices when ordering outside the UK.
How do I sass up my item with initials?
So your feeling sassy? Then all you need to do is enter your initials on the drop down bar on each product page and we'll do the rest for free!
Can I have my full name on my item?
Of course! The limit is 4 Captial letters on each product. All letters will be embossed and hand painted in metallic Gold.
Will you re-stock Sold Out items?
Yes! We would hate for you to miss out on your favourite product, So sit tight as most of our items will make a comeback and we'll keep you posted via social and emails ASAP.
Please Note: Some of the ranges that we will offer in the future may be Limited Edition and may have a finite number being sold. If you want to have the first chance at getting your hands on these products then subscribe now.
Will you be offering Gift Sets?
Yes we will! Our sets will be created for one purpose, YOU. Choose which set size suits your needs and we'll package it all pretty for you. Our sets come in beutiful magnetic logo boxes for that real wow factor.
Perfect for gifting yourself (because why not?) or others if you're feeling super generous.

I'm not loving my item, what now?
This isn't good and we need to make this right! Pop us an email at cocofauna1@gmail.com and we'll do all we can. Please Note: Due to the bespoke nature of the items, we do not accept returns on personalised products as a general rule. If an item is faulty, however, please contact us via email at cocofauna1@gmail.com.
